As summer approaches, it’s essential to remember the importance of sun protection. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun is a significant factor that contributes to skin aging and the development of skin cancer. But fear not, by following simple tips and tricks, you can enjoy your summer while ensuring your skin is well-protected and healthy.

Sunscreen is your best friend when it comes to sun protection. Look for a broad-spectrum sunscreen, which shields you from both UVA and UVB rays, with an SPF of 30 or higher.
