What is Your Consultation Process?

When you contact Facey Stacey, we take extensive time to address all of your wellness concerns and desires. After answering our basic questions, we’ll schedule a date and time for a consultation, lasting 20 to 30 minutes (longer if needed).

After your treatment, we’ll provide you with post care instructions and Stacie will personally follow-up with you the next day to make sure you aren’t experiencing any concerning symptoms and are pleased with your treatment.

Do You Offer Free Consultations?

All of our consultations require a $50 nonrefundable deposit. If you choose to proceed with one of our services, the deposit will be applied directly to your chosen treatment.

Can Men Receive Treatments at Facey Stacey?

Absolutely! All of our services are designed for both men and women to enjoy.

Do You Take Walk-Ins?

At this time, we have an appointment-only policy at our health spa. This is to ensure each client receives the proper care and attention required for their specific needs.

Is There a Payment Plan Option?

Yes, we offer a quick and easy financial payment plan—Cherry Financing. To learn more about this payment option, take a look at our financing page.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
